Although the Town does not have building codes, a zoning compliance permit is required prior to any new construction.

A zoning compliance permit application is available at the Town Hall.  The fee is $75 and the zoning compliance officer will review your plans and onsite preparation prior to approval.

Commercial properties are subject to state building codes and must be approved by a state inspector.
