The Planning Board exists as an advisory board to the Town Council.  The members are appointed by the mayor.   Their function is to review zoning ordinances, oversee the Growth Policy, and make recommendations for planning and development.  The Planning Board meets as needed at the town hall.  In January, Mayor Woods appointed Janell Clarke, Paul Stelter, Kathryn McEnery, Deanna Peters, and Jerry Kontos to the board,  Dick Adams was appointed as the Town Council liaison.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING ON THE PLANNING BOARD, SUBMIT A LETTER OF INTEREST TO THE TOWN OF HOT SPRINGS BY JANUARY 31, 2017.  NEW PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS WILL BE APPOINTED AT THE FEBRUARY 7, 2017 TOWN COUNCIL MEETING.
