There will be a public hearing to discuss the following:

At 6:00 p.m.  Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

At 6:30 p.m.  Propose Ordinance 12.16 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HOT SPRINGS, MONTANA, REGULATING OVERNIGHT CAMPING AND USE OF TOWN PARKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR PARK USE PERMITS; ESTABLISHING INSURANCE AND SANITATION REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public comment on the Town’s Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 and Ordinance 16.12 prior to consideration and adoption by the Town Council in accordance with Montana law. A copy of the Preliminary Budget and Ordinance 16.12 are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk, Hot Springs Town Hall, 109 Main Street, Hot Springs, Montana.

All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing and provide oral or written comments. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the hearing.
