NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Hot Springs, Montana, will hold a Public Hearing on the Town’s Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027.
The Public Hearing will be held as follows:

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Hot Springs Town Hall
109 Main Street
Hot Springs, Montana
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the Town’s Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 prior to its consideration and adoption by the Town Council in accordance with Montana law.
A copy of the Preliminary Budget is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk, Hot Springs Town Hall, 109 Main Street, Hot Springs, Montana.
All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing and provide oral or written comments. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the hearing.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND FIRST READING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 12.16
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Hot Springs, Montana, will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed Ordinance No. 12.16 :
“An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Hot Springs, Montana, Regulating Overnight Camping and Use of Town Parks and Public Property; Providing for Park Use Permits; Establishing Insurance and Sanitation Requirements; Providing for Enforcement; and Providing an Effective Date.”
The Public Hearing will be held as follows:

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed ordinance.
The proposed ordinance establishes regulations governing the use of Town parks and other Town-owned public property, including park hours, overnight camping, organized events, permit requirements, sanitation standards, liability insurance requirements, enforcement provisions, and related regulations intended to protect public health, safety, and the general welfare.
A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk, Hot Springs Town Hall, 109 Main Street, Hot Springs, Montana.
